Why ACTION CAR DONATION SERVICES® Georgia is your best choice to process your donated vehicle or boat!
We have been processing property donations for Georgia since early 2002. We will always “go the extra mile” for donors and our client charities. Whenever it is economically feasible, Action does everything that we can to increase the value of any vehicle, boat, or yacht donation. We routinely go beyond expectations in our efforts to generate the highest income possible from donated property.
We try to maximize the selling price of donations because, in most cases, the contributor’s tax deduction will be equal to no more than the gross selling price of the donation—the selling price before any expenses are deducted. We “fix up” donated property whenever feasible to increase its value. Higher selling prices result in higher possible legal tax deductions for the donor and more income for the charity you select.
Action Vehicle & Boat Donation Services® may, for qualifying “high worth” donations, offer the possibility of some cash (called by the IRS a “bargain sale”). It may be possible for you to receive both some cash and a tax deduction! Call us for more information.
Support Your Favorite Charity.
We have many trusted and well-respected charities for you to select from. Your donation can help charities that focus on supporting veterans and wounded warriors, helping youth, environment protection, health, pets and humane societies, family services, homeless housing providers, community services, religious organizations, and a variety of other non-profits or foundations.

Georgia On My Mind
Did you know that in the popular song, “Georgia On My Mind,” “Georgia” was really a person? The original song by Hoagy Carmichael was indeed referring to a woman. However, when the state legislature heard Georgia-born Ray Charles sing his version in 1979, they immediately voted it the state song for Georgia. Ray Charles even gave a special performance of the song on the legislative floor the day the bill was passed. Many believed this act signified an important move away from racism and segregation in the south.

*There is no legal difference in Georgia between cities and towns. Eight municipalities have merged with their counties to form consolidated city-counties: Athens with Clarke County, Augusta with Richmond County, Columbus with Muscogee County, Cusseta with Chattahoochee County, Georgetown with Quitman County, Macon with Bibb County, Statenville with Echols County, and Webster County unified government with Webster County. Of these seven, Athens, Augusta, and Macon also have municipalities independent of the consolidated governments and are considered consolidated cities. Action Vehicle Donation Services® can pick up property donations in all these communities.
