The process for yacht brokers is very simple, fast and financially rewarding.

First step is for the broker to contact us and discuss a potential yacht donation where the broker has suggested the “donation option” to the owner. Often the broker will suggest the owner visit our web page to see who we are – and to become acquainted with our unique services.

Second, an expert yacht donation professional will discuss with the potential donor, the details of the vessel. If  the vessel is acceptable, and the owner agrees to have Action facilitate the donation – the donor will be immediately relieved of the burden of ownership.  Once we take possession of the vessel, we assume 100% of the liability and costs. And in most cases the donor can immediately claim a tax deduction based on the full survey value of the donation.
